Boston Red Sox shortstop Jed Lowrie has become the regular shortstop with Julio Lugo out of the lineup for 4-to-6 weeks.

BOTTOM LINE: Lowrie has held his own since Lugo went down, going 5-for-13 while drawing two walks. He also had three RBI and has made some nice plays in the field. Add him if you need depth.
